The desire to rediscover the passion, interest, and enthusiasm for local agricultural products, as in the past, but with a renewed approach.
The Ortio project (originally conceived as a project) was created by two young students from the University of Parma, located in the Italian Food Valley. The aim of the project was and remains to address the main issues in the agri-food sector: traceability, increasing revenue for producers, reducing the mileage of agricultural products, enhancing the territory, and much more. Ortio therefore introduces a new supply chain: the FDD (Digital Direct Supply Chain).
