What is the Tester Programme? It is an exclusive initiative reserved for a selected group of users who collaborate in the development of the Ortio platform by providing feedback and suggestions. Members of the programme have the privilege of previewing features that no other users have access to. Early access to the platform, through invitation or registration for the Tester Programme, guarantees numerous exclusive benefits, including discounts, promotions, coupons, and reserved privileges not available to other types of users. How to join the Tester Programme or request an invitation? Simply fill out the form available below to submit your application. Once received, an operator will review the request and provide feedback within 2–3 days of taking it on..

But in practice, what does a tester do? A user with access to testing functionalities simply needs to carry out some objectives assigned to them, usually via email or SMS. For example: “Try adding three products to the cart and then move them to the wishlist.” Once the task is completed, the user is asked to provide feedback, which will then be sent to the IT team. This is a typical activity required of a tester user and represents a fundamental contribution to the improvement of the platform..

The aim of this Tester Programme is to obtain a clear and in-depth overview of the platform, based on the direct experience of the tester users, whether they are consumers or farmers. Thanks to their contribution, the Ortio project can better understand which features work effectively and which, on the other hand, can be optimised or improved..
